About LoMar Networking

LoMar Networking was built from the ground up by two friends, Logan and Marco. The name itself is a blend of theirs using the first syllable of each. With a background in low voltage installations, the two originally worked for another company but eventually stepped away to explore other career paths. Over time, they realized how much they missed the hands-on work and the sense of purpose it gave them. Instead of returning to work for someone else, they decided to create something of their own that reflected their standards, values, and goals.

The journey wasn’t quick. For two years, Logan and Marco juggled early business planning while managing the technical systems for a local nonprofit haunted house. Once they saw that a community of clients was ready to support them, they committed fully. They poured countless hours into building LoMar, designing the systems, setting up the business, and handling everything from backend operations to installs in the field.

LoMar Networking LLC was officially formed on May 22, 2025. Since then, the mission has been clear: make security simple, affordable, and people-focused. LoMar installs, upgrades, and maintains surveillance systems with care and professionalism while staying true to the belief that people deserve to feel safe, supported, and respected.

At LoMar, our vision is to grow not just as a business, but as a community. We strive to use our work to help others feel safe, supported, and seen. As we expand, we aim to stay grounded and humble all while never losing sight of why we started. We believe in treating people with fairness, compassion, and respect, whether it's our clients or our team. Our goal is to create an environment where employees feel like they’re part of something meaningful, not just working a job. In the future, we hope to offer free installs for those in need and branch into new areas of service, always carrying our commitment to fairness and humanity forward.

He’s hands-on with installations and service tickets, bringing solid ideas to the table and helping manage the business wherever he’s needed. With a strong focus on communication, reliability, and teamwork, Gianmarco plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly and clients satisfied.

Logan brings a strong technical background and a commitment to customer satisfaction. He focuses on efficient system design and clear communication. As the project architect and backend manager, he works closely with the team to provide dependable, tailored security solutions while handling everything from documentation and training to website and social media management.
